BENDIGO LIVOUS INSTITUTE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), meaning that the qualifications we deliver and award are nationally accredited.


BENDIGO LIVOUS INSTITUTE has a Quality Assurance System equivalent to (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000).

Interlink Training's policy is that Quality Management principles form the basis on which our services and operations are being developed and delivered. In order to meet these objectives, we operate in accordance with the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations (2011).

Our Goal is to deliver training services at the required quality and cost in a safe manner with due regard to our customers’ concerns and needs.


Our Quality Management System will ensure that our operations are conducted in a manner that ensures quality and consistency for our customers.


The company’s culture is being moulded through the encouragement of all our staff to be innovative and creative, continuously looking for better ways to perform their work through the use of Quality Management techniques. Training is being delivered in personal development, technical skills and quality management, to ensure that staff appreciate and understand the integral role that quality must play in all work undertaken.

Our specific quality objectives are to:


  • provide the highest possible standard of service to our clients in a full range of workplace relations and human resource services;

  • provide appropriate training solutions;

  • promote quality-awareness amongst all staff so that they develop pride, satisfaction and responsibility for the quality of their work;

  • meet specified quality standards and financial targets; and

  • Strive for improvement through our Quality System assessment, audit and review processes, and through our encouragement of innovation in our services in order to provide the best possible services to our clients.




To operate as an RTO, BENDIGO LIVOUS INSTITUTE must meet the ongoing requirements of the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations (SNR). This is assessed by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

Newly registered RTOs are audited within their first 12 months of operation to ensure compliance with NVR standards, and re-audited throughout a subsequent five-year registration period.

These standards and processes are intended to provide basis for a nationally consistent, high quality vocational education and training system.

Quality Indicators


BENDIGO LIVOUS INSTITUTE collects analyses and acts upon relevant data for continuous improvement of training and assessment and also client services. The data which is collected for the mandatory Quality Indicators is used to monitor and improve the quality of operations and strengthen training and business performance.

Learner Engagement


This indicator focuses on the extent to which learners are engaging in activities likely to promote high quality skill outcomes and includes learner perceptions of the quality of their competency development and the support they receive or have received from RTOs.


Competency Completion


This indicator shows the number of enrolments and qualifications completed and units of competency awarded in the previous calendar year by each RTO.


Satisfaction Surveys


BENDIGO LIVOUS INSTITUTE collects, analyses and acts on relevant data for continuous improvement of training and assessment. BENDIGO LIVOUS INSTITUTE conducts regular satisfaction surveys, in addition to the Quality Indicator data mentioned above, as a method of collecting feedback on the overall performance of the organisation in delivering a quality product and service to our students and customers.
